St Lukes Run The Bridge Walk & Run Club

Always wanted to run 1k/5k/10k but not sure where to start?

Over the 6 weeks leading into the St Lukes Run The Bridge, you can build up your stamina and technique. Learn how to prevent injury, meet others and make running or walking fun, as you prepare for race day on February 15.

Hosted by accredited run coach, exercise scientist and Physio Tim Gibbons, he'll guide you through your walk/run program with like minded others.

Every Wednesday at 5:30pm sharp from the St Lukes Wellness Hub on the corner of Elizabeth and Liverpool streets Hobart.
